For over thirty years, Giovanni Travia has been assisting leading companies belonging to major international groups in civil, labour and banking law, both in litigation and out-of-court proceedings.
He offers strategic and ongoing advice on managing relations with industry authorities, disputes and complex commercial contracts.

Admitted to the Bar of the Court of Cassation and Higher Courts since 2003, he has extensive experience in defending particularly important and complex cases.

He graduated with honours from the University of Messina and obtained the right to publish his thesis in Commercial and Bankruptcy Law entitled ‘Mandate and Bankruptcy’.
